What a VPN service needs to get paid from abroad

A VPN service needs three things to get paid from abroad: acceptance of cards issued in other countries, payment where the user buys access, in a bot or on a site, and a gateway that does not go down together with your main one.

Users abroad pay with their own card

A user lives in Europe, Kazakhstan or Turkey and pays with a local bank card. No crypto and no transfer.

Payment in a bot

The payment link goes to the user in the bot. A website is not required.

Second gateway

If your main gateway is down, cards from other countries keep going through AzelPay.

Subscriptions and top-ups

A month, a year, a traffic pack or a balance top-up. You set the amount.

A manager you can reach

One person runs your project and answers in Telegram, not a shared support line.

Where a VPN loses users from abroad

A VPN service loses users from abroad at checkout: Russian instant payments and Russian cards do not work for them, not everyone has crypto, and a single gateway sometimes goes down. The owner often hears about it from users.

Local Russian methods are not for everyone

A user abroad has no Russian card. They have nothing to pay for the subscription with.

One gateway, one point of failure

The gateway goes down, users do not renew and leave.

“Downtime = lost customers”

Crypto cuts off part of the audience

Not everyone will buy USDT for a subscription that costs a few dollars.

Terms without surprises

AzelPay terms cover what merchants complain about most: slow payouts, hidden fees, setup charges and outages you learn about from your own customers. We agree on everything below before launch.

Payout in USDT weekly

The term depends on your business type and plan. We name it before you connect.

No hidden fees

One rate, which we name before you connect. No extra charges on top.

No setup fee

You do not pay to connect. A security deposit applies only in some cases, for example if your site works as a pass-through for another project. We tell you before launch.

You learn about an outage first

If something stops working, our official Telegram bot sends you a notice before your customers write to you.

A second gateway: orders are not lost

If your main payment provider goes down, cards from other countries keep going through AzelPay.

Support for your customers

A customer paid, but the order did not arrive? They write to our bot with the button "Payment not credited", and we check the payment ourselves.

No foreign company needed: we check your project

Payments go through a foreign gateway, so you do not need your own company abroad. Instead of company documents, we look at the project itself: what it sells, to whom and through which site or bot. We agree on the business type before launch, not after the first payments.

What we check when you connect

  • The site or bot is real: it works and shows the product and the price.
  • The project has live traffic. We look at the visit statistics.
  • The business type, customer countries and turnover match what the site shows.

We do not connect shell sites, adult, betting, gambling and P2P. So other people's prohibited traffic does not break your payments.

How to start accepting payments

Connecting to AzelPay takes three steps: an application with your site, business type and turnover; agreeing on the rate and a project check; then launch through a payment link, a payment form or the API.

  1. Send an application

Your project site or bot, business type and approximate turnover. A manager will contact you and answer your questions.

  2. Agree on the terms

A manager reviews the project and names the rate. Connection takes 2 days on average, up to 5 days.

  3. Accept payments

A payment link, a form or the API. Make a test payment, and customers from other countries can pay by card.

Questions from VPN owners

Answers for owners of VPN, proxy and eSIM services: can you accept payment in a bot, how auto-renewal works, can Russians abroad pay, and can you keep your current gateway.

Do you connect VPN services?

Yes. VPN, proxy and eSIM are one of our main niches. At onboarding we review your site or bot, your plans and your users' countries.

Can I accept payment right in a bot?

Yes. You can send the payment link to the user in the bot. A website is not required.

Does subscription auto-renewal work?

It depends on the gateway and the card country. Say in your application that you need auto-renewal, and a manager will answer for your case before you connect.

Can Russians who live abroad pay?

Yes, if they have a Visa or Mastercard issued in another country. This is one of the most common cases for VPN services.

Can I keep my current gateway for Russian methods?

Yes. AzelPay is connected as a second gateway: Russian methods stay with your current provider, and cards from other countries go through us.

The AzelPay rate is from 14% + $0.5. The exact rate depends on your business type and monthly turnover. Send your site or bot, your business type and approximate turnover. A manager will review the project and send you the terms.

You can also apply in Telegram: send your request to the bot.
