What is AzelPay?
AzelPay is a payment service for online businesses. It accepts Visa and Mastercard cards from customers in other countries through a foreign payment gateway.
Who do you work with?
Owners of online projects with customers abroad: VPN, proxy and eSIM services, Telegram stores and bots, digital goods, hosting, SaaS, AI tools and marketing services.
Do I need my own company abroad?
No. We connect international acquiring without your own non-resident company or a placeholder website for it. During connection we look at the project itself: what you sell, to whom and through which site or bot.
Can I connect if the owner is from Russia?
Yes. The owner's citizenship is not a reason for refusal. We decide based on the project and its niche.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard cards issued in other countries, SBP for customers from Russia, and Alipay. The card rate is from 14% + $0.5, the Alipay rate is from 7%. Your exact rate depends on turnover.
How much does payment acceptance cost?
The rate is from 14% + $0.5. The exact rate depends on your niche and monthly turnover. If your turnover grows, we lower the rate without reconnecting.
How does connection work?
You submit a request with your site or bot, niche and turnover. A manager reviews the project, names the rate and explains the review steps. After the review we set up a payment link, form or API and make a test payment.
Can I use AzelPay as a second payment provider?
Yes. Your current provider stays on Russian methods, and AzelPay accepts cards from other countries. If one provider goes down, the other keeps accepting payments.
Which niches do you not connect?
Adult, betting, gambling and P2P transfers. We agree your niche before launch, so there are no shutdowns after the first payments.
How do you handle chargebacks?
We review a disputed payment together with your manager. We explain what proof of delivery of the goods or service to collect and by when to file it.
Do I need a website if I sell in Telegram?
No. You can send a payment link in a bot or a chat. During review we look at the bot or channel where the product and price are visible.
How do I get my payout?
Payouts are made in USDT. Timing: weekly. It depends on your niche and plan.
Do I need a deposit or a connection fee?
No. We ask for a security deposit only in some cases, for example when a site works as a pass-through for another project.
How will I know about an outage?
If something stops working, you get a notification from our official Telegram bot.
What if a customer paid but the payment was not credited?
Send the customer to the support page or to our bot and the "Payment not credited" button. We will check the payment and reply.
How long does connection take?
On average 2 days, up to 5 days, depending on the project's niche.
Which countries do you accept cards from?
Visa and Mastercard cards issued abroad. We do not accept cards from Azerbaijan, Turkey and Russia. For other countries, a manager will answer for your project.
What happens to the data from my request?
We use it only to answer you about connection. Details are in the privacy policy.
